Ingredients:
Dried Gabi/ Taro Leaves : 250gms
Coconut Milk 1st press/ unang piga : 2.5cups
Coconut Milk 2nd press/ pangalawang piga : 2.5 cups
Garlic : 7 cloves chop garlic
Ginger : Thumb size
Onions : 2 Medium size
Bagoong Alamang : 1 TBSP
Bagoong Isda : 1 Tbsp or as needed
Dilis : 1/2 cup
Pork Meat : 1/4 kg
Pork Fat : 1/4 kg
Red Chilis : 7 pcs. or according to preference
Shrimps : 5 pcs (optional)
Hot Water : 500 ml
