I keep a sacred box with the names of students, clients, family members, and souls I’ve encountered on my journey…

And every morning, I pray:

✨ May you be well
✨ May you be happy
✨ May you be free from suffering

I visualize each person in my third eye and send them unconditional love, healing, and peace.

And then…

I say the same prayer to myself.

Because true healing includes learning how to extend compassion inward, too.

Sometimes the simplest spiritual practices are the most powerful.

This is more than prayer.
It’s energy healing through intention and love.
