5 Gallon Apple Cinnamon Taste Test

Here's the second part of the 5 Gallon Apple Cinnamon Mead. I really enjoyed my first version of this mead and wanted to make a bigger batch so here we are! Today I'm racking the mead off the primary and adding some more apples on top. I'm also doing a taste test to see what I need to do to make it better.

The recipe is:

5 Gallons of Spring Water
15 Pounds of Dutch Gold Clover Honey
2 Packets of Lalvin K1-V1116 Yeast
13 Pounds of Gala Apples
4 Cinnamon Sticks
