Gunter Pauli: "We have to regenerate, starting with our food"

“Everything we have learned is obsolete. All our diplomas have an expiration date. Don’t ever think that when you have a diploma you have knowledge. You have an entry ticket. That’s it. Every single diploma has an expiration date and the date is shortening all the time. Within that spirit of being stuck with continously obsolete knowledge, we again need to regenerate our own knowledge all the time.”

Gunter Pauli blue economy visionary, entrepreneur and founder of the Zero Emission Research Initiative - a network of nearly 2000 scientist dedicated to researching technologies supporting the regeneration of ecosystems while providing economic sustenance to local communities. He has launched around 200 companies and projects around the world, has created nearly 3 million jobs, and has raised $ 5 billion in investments. His books have sold a total of 17 million copies.
