Can 3D-Printed Plasma Cutting Templates Work?

I don't claim to know what I'm doing.

The answer is Maybe, but generally No. The template does work as a guide for the torch until the things get heat soaked then the template gets soft and melts to the workpiece. I was thinking PETG with it's higher melting temperature might have a chance, but no.
