Bluestem Lake - Pawhuska, Oklahoma

Bluestem Lake, west of Pawhuska on U.S. 60. Not real busy on this day in September 2019. If you plan to visit, you should know there are two turnoffs to the lake and a back way of course. The first takes you across the dam and spillway as well as gives access to the east side of the 1st cove. The second turnoff gives you access to the 2nd cove, the west side of the 1st cove, and other areas west. If you want to swing by on the way back to town from the Tall Grass Prairie Preserve, you can use the back way.
