On this episode, Thirsty Amigo Eric, Thirsty Amigo Dominic, and I attended the 1 year anniversary celebration of the Colorado Agave Collective! This meeting was hosted by Adalita's Mexican restaurant in Edgewater.

Lots of great Agave spirits from all over Mexico were on deck to sample. There was a fantastic taco bar to partake in. It was so delicious!

This was a fun night shared by a group of people who were all therbecausee of our year-long journey with all things Agave! A huge "Thank You " to Nathan, Ryan, Morgan, and Spencer for putting together a great anniversary party. We are really looking forward to the next year of meetings to see what they have planned for the collective!
