In this interview with Ashtanga teacher John Scott we talk about using a relationship to nature to deepen your understanding of self and your yoga practice. As always John has loads to share and inspires us to explore beyond our normal existence.

The Swedish prison yoga project- Krimyoga was founded by Eva Seilitz in 2008 at Norrtälje prison and is now a national wide project. Josefin Wikström was not the founder but has been instrumental in developing the initiative as well as being involved in many others.
