HedraCAM V4 – New Feature Module: Adaptive Assembly for Large Components

HedraCAM V4 introduces a vision‑guided adaptive assembly function.
The software can acquire point‑cloud data of fixed and moving parts with on‑site 3D vision,
to calculate minimum distance, point coordinates, and compression metrics,
which determines the optimal assembly position for each component.
The software simulates the motion process of the assembly parts, performs automatic interference check at the assembly interface.
It displays the pose and relative position of part point clouds, and performs collision avoidance based on spatial constraints,
which allows planning the movement trajectory, and generating the program
with the support of bidirectional virtual‑to‑real control through digital-twin technology.
The software supports point-clouds with over 350 million parameters.
