So I don’t know if any of you are feeling it, but I’m certainly feeling that the credit card industry as a whole is starting to head towards a credit card recession.

Certainly, there’s a lot to look forward to with new elevated welcome offers as well as many new and upgraded card products, such as the Alaska premium card, Citi Strata Elite card, Capital One Savor X, and the refreshed Bilt Mastercard.

But it’s no secret that credit card marketing and affiliates have decreased, travel both domestically and internationally is on the decline, devaluations are rampant, annual fees are going up, and our favorite credit card products and strategies have been shut down.

And so from my view, it’s more important than ever to start preparing, and in this video, I’ll be covering how I’m preparing for what I think will be a credit card recession and how you can do the same to make a plan for your own personal credit card strategy.
