In this episode, seven passenger service officers are employed to round up a group of wanderers, missing on the mile-long walk to check in for Majorca. Chief Steward Brian has to use his judgement in serving alcohol to some rather intoxicated passengers. Meanwhile, trainee stewards Aaron and Jason have also been hitting the bottle after successfully completing their training course.
The high-flying life and work of the world's largest charter airline comes under the spotlight in a new fly-on-the-wall documentary series, comprising six half-hour episodes. Following Britannia Airways' staff and passengers, this is an eye-opening insight into the day-to-day running of a successful airline.
This film was first broadcast: 27 Mar 1998
