In this video, I am showing you all how to prepare the aloe vera plant to not be bitter or gross tasting if you want to eat it and also how to to use aloe vera as apart of a pre poo routine for your hair.
Also, I wasn’t able to insert it in the video, but you can also save the outer skin of the aloe plant because its not possible to get every bit of gel, dry the pieces in the sun, blend them and fry them in a carrier oil of your choice to make aloe oil!
