Will Artificial Intelligence render Personal Trainers obsolete? 🤔
Probably not but I do think it will allow trainers to focus on other areas for their clients and leave the scheduling mostly to ChatGPT!

I prompted ChatGPT with this:

“You are a body builder strength & conditioning coach. I am 5’11 , 180 pounds and I want to put on 15 pounds of muscle. Create me a 5 day workout schedule and pre/post workout meal”

It gave me a 5 day routine but it wasn’t advanced enough so I prompted it to:

“Recreate it for 7 days and concentrate on developing a large chest and legs”
