Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, and Axios.
Write clean, modular, and testable code using JavaScript/TypeScript.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Django REST Framework, FastAPI.
Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data modeling and querying.
Implement unit and integration tests using Jest to ensure code quality.
Use PySpark for data transformation and processing tasks.
Deploy and manage applications using NGINX and Gunicorn.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to support MDM workflows and integrations.
Participate in agile development practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 6 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
Functional Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, Axios, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong backend development skills using Python and Django REST Framework, FastAPI
Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, OOPS knowledge
Hands-on experience with PySpark for data processing
Familiarity with NGINX and Gunicorn for application deployment
Experience writing unit tests using Jest
Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
Exposure to agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Familiarity with MDM concepts and data governance
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain
Professional Certifications:
Any relevant certification in Full Stack Development, Python, Databases, or Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve master data processes and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical collaborators.
Effective problem-solving skills to address data-related issues and implement scalable solutions.
Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
