The UltraViolet Catastrophe (aka UVC) was a mostly synthesizer pop band in Seattle from 1982 to 1984. Their first live gig was at the Metropolis in 1983. They recorded six studio tracks at ESP in Bellevue in 1983. By the time they did their first radio interview they had 30 original songs in live rotation.
