Edvin Marton is a world-renowned Hungarian violinist and winner of the 2006 Emmy for Best Composition and the 2008 MTV Europe Award.

Passion for music is a concept that Edvin learned very early. As a child prodigy in Hungary he was already an accomplished musician by the time he was 8 years old. After studying violin in Moscow, Budapest, and at The Juilliard School in New York City, in 1996 Edvin earned the life-long honor to perform on a rare Stradivarius violin by winning a worldwide music competition in Canada.

Edvin has reached millions of fans worldwide through previous releases and touring, and importantly a partnership with ice-skating champion, Evgeni Plushenko, who won the gold medal at the 2006 Torino Olympics while skating to two special composition arrangements - "Tosca Fantasy" and "The Godfather." Currently, Edvin tours endlessly, and has brought his Prince of the Violin show with his signature music style blending classical and pop rock to his fans in Asia, Europe, Australia, South America, and now the United States.
