Knowing when to walk away is so hard! - Episode 16 Practicing Restraint

Why is it so hard to walk away? There are so many times I am painting and the painting would have been better if I just walked away. But, doing that requires so much restraint, and restraint in painting takes practice. So in episode 16 we're practicing it together!

I just love how these little landscapes come together and honestly some of these simple strokes make a better landscape than ones I spend hours on.

In this video I painted in my Breakaway Watercolor Sketchook, with my size 3 quil brush (both on my site). In addition to that I used some thin washi tape, the custom watercolor set we assembled in episode 3, and some prisma colored pencils.
