Day 6/100 | Purusharth |Weak nahi❌Warrior Bano✅ #brahmamuhurta #harekrishna #transformation #yoga
Wake in Brahma Muhurat (3:30–5:00 AM), cleanse, drink water.
Sit facing East, light a diya/incense.
Do 5–10 min pranayama to calm mind.
Chant chosen mantra/naam jaap (108 times) with focus.
Sit silently, feel peace & set intention for the day.
Purushartha (पुरुषार्थ) is a very important concept in Indian philosophy, especially in Hindu dharma and scriptures.
It means "the four aims or goals of human life" — the guiding principles that every individual should strive for in order to live a complete, meaningful, and balanced life.
The four Purusharthas are:
Dharma (धर्म) – Righteousness, duty, moral values
Living with ethics, truth, compassion, and responsibility.
Following one’s duties toward self, family, society, and the universe.
Artha (अर्थ) – Wealth, prosperity, means of livelihood
Earning wealth in righteous ways.
Ensuring security, resources, and stability in life.
Kama (काम) – Desires, love, pleasure
Enjoyment of worldly pleasures, love, relationships, and beauty of life.
Fulfillment of emotional and sensory needs, but within the boundaries of Dharma.
Moksha (मोक्ष) – Liberation, self-realization, spiritual freedom
The highest goal — freedom from the cycle of birth and death (samsara).
Attaining union with the Supreme/Atman (soul’s realization of its true nature).
👉 In short:
Dharma gives direction,
Artha gives means,
Kama gives fulfillment,
Moksha gives ultimate freedom.
