Handful of chopped Basil

Pizza Base

400g plain flour
1 7grams sachet of fast action dried yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
225 mls Water

Toppings

Grated Cheddar Cheese
Mozzarella sliced
Chopped cooked ham
Barbecue cooked chicken
Pepperoni slices
