02. Applicants who fulfill following requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on Job Portal of Government of Sindh at
https://sjp.gov.pk
Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Intermediate Category, with at least 40% marks, conducted by the
Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certification, issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.
Age of the applicants shall be calculated as per relevant rules / policy issued by Services, General Administration and Coordination Department,
Government of Sindh.
The share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law/Rules /Policy/SOPs of the Government of Sindh.
The candidates shall be called to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee and Physical Fitness Evaluation Committee for tests
& Physical Test strictly in accordance with the law/rules/policy/SOPs issued by the Service, General Administration & Coordination Department,
Government of Sindh.
Those applicants who are already in Government Service should get NOC from their Department prior to submission of application and bring
original copy of the NOC at the time of Interview / Physical Test for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee / Physical
Fitness Evaluation Committee.
The appointment shall be made under provisions of Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rule, as amended from time to time.
Only short-listed applicants shall appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along-with original documents for interviews as per the
schedule, to be uploaded on the Job Portal of Government of Sindh.
The Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
The Department reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the advertisement at any stage.
The Department reserves the right to rectify any discrepancy, error, or omission discovered at any stage of recruitment process.
