What Do Real Labor Contractors Feel Like?

What does a real labor contraction actually feel like? I like to compare it to both a charlie horse in your calf muscle and with menstrul or period cramps. Real contractions do feel differently thn Braxton Hicks. They can sometimes be confused with gas pains.
