Morning Pages | 11 Simple Tips To Help You UNLEASH Your Creativity

Morning Pages are one of Julia Cameron's most famous creations. In her amazing book The Artist's Way she describes how to go about using the daily writing practice of Morning Pages and daily journaling to unleash your creativity. Weather you call it Morning Pages or daily journaling this morning writing practice has the ability to make a big impact in hour life. There are so many Morning Pages Benefits.

Writing every day, in the morning, before my day "officially" starts has radically changed my life. This simple practice which the brilliant Julia Cameron calls "Morning Pages" is the most powerful, most therapeutic and the most PROFITABLE practice I have incorporated into my life.

On the surface it is super simple. All you need is a pen, paper and 20-30 mins every morning to express yourself. For some people they pick it up fast and never let it go, for many others Morning Pages can be very challenging.

With this "How To" video I share my 11 most effective tips to help you start and stay consistent to your Morning Pages.

There are so many more tips I wanted to add, but I didn't want to make this video too long. I am already working on a part 2 for this video.
