It had long been a dream of ours to make a film in which every employee of NLMK Group could discover more about their company and could meet their colleagues from different corners of the world. Now our dream has come true!

You will learn why NLMK stands out among so many other companies. In spite of the distances between us; the differences in culture and aspirations, nevertheless, we come together as a unique single team of experts with a common goal - to lead the industry And we've been a great success! We hope this film will show a joint team image of the NLMK Group, built from the diversity we have. Everyone you see in the film is an NLMK colleague!

Corporate videos all resemble each other, but not Fusion! Filming began at NLMK Kaluga, with production concluding halfway around the world at NLMK Indiana. Our video features all the Group’s companies; 12 production sites, the streets of Verona and Brussels, Danish Elsinore and ships in the North Sea, pick-up trucks in the fields in America and a birds’-eye view of Lipetsk. Fusion will go down in the history of our company: it captures everything that we are proud of in our work!
