INDIA to MALTA - Will It Happen Again?

Many people are asking me when Malta will open again the visa process for people from India to move to Malta. Will it happen again? At the moment there are not any information given out, this is my personal opinion on the observation i have done in recent events. Malta is a great deatination for people from India to move in Malta and there are many opportunities, jobs as drivers, hospitality, cleaning services etc. In my opinion soon things will change and the visa process for Indian people to move to Malta will start again.
