Healing Trauma Sensitive Yin Yoga

We have all witnessed, and experienced traumatic experiences in our life. These experiences, and our reactions to them are stored in the physiological structure of the body through out reactions to these emotions. It is important that we take care of ourselves in order to take care of those around us.
