Can I Ask YOU a Favour?

Lawyers are great at documenting a deal or a commercial transaction.

But not all lawyers are good at advising on the commercial nature of the deal, for instance
- the way it should be structured,
- how payment terms should work,
- who should bear the risk of what and when and
- other items like things to do, things to avoid, better ways to lower risk etc.

EXAMPLE – say you want to buy a business. A lawyer can document the actual purchase process. But who helps you put in place a commercially savvy deal (that the lawyer will document).

Some truly ‘commercial’ contract lawyers will help you do that, but not all.

But why should you rely on the lawyer for this advice?

Wouldn’t you be better off if you knew how to set up this deal yourself?

So QUESTION – would you be interested in videos or a course that provided this commercial information and assistance so that you went into a deal knowing what is a good deal, what is a bad deal and what you should ask for?
