Murdered 6-Year-Old Was Battered, Bruised By Dad’s Girlfriend: State

On Tuesday, opening statements for the case against Josie Dikeman began. She is accused of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 6-year-old Alexavier Pedrin. Dikeman was reportedly dating the child’s father at the time of the little boy’s death. The state laid out all the injuries that were found on the 6-year-old child at the time of his death and how his home, which is where he was killed, was anything but safe.
