hello friends,

for whipping cream,
1: above 30% fat cream 250 ml
2: icing sugar 4 tbs
3: 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
beat the cream on low speed for 2 minutes, then add the icing sugar and increase the speed, keep beating until the cream is sticky add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract slowly decrease the speed of beater massion.
try to use aluminum cones for the rolls, if you don't have so don't worry make fold some aluminum foils to make it, as i did so🥰🥰
