XP600 Drawing Lines? Here’s How to Find the Exact Bad Nozzle

If your XP600 print head is drawing lines, banding, or uneven colors, this video will show you how to accurately identify the exact bad nozzle or color channel — instead of guessing or replacing the whole head unnecessarily.

In this tutorial, I demonstrate a simple but powerful diagnostic method using solid color block printing (Red, Green, Blue, Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
By forcing the printer to print one color at a time, we can isolate which specific nozzle group (K, C, c, M, Y) is failing.

Many technicians assume the entire print head is bad, but in reality:

Often it’s just one or two nozzles

Sometimes only the K (black) channel is affected

Other times it’s a single color line causing banding

✅ What you’ll learn in this video:

How XP600 nozzles are assigned to colors (KCcmMY)

Why line defects don’t always mean a dead print head

How to use color block prints to pinpoint nozzle failure

How to avoid unnecessary print head replacement

A professional troubleshooting method used by technicians

This method works for XP600-based machines, eco-solvent printers, UV printers, and many Chinese large-format printers.

📌 If you repair printers or operate an XP600 machine, this video will save you money and time.
