This Is What Snow Is Like In Tennessee - Time For The Big Game! || 2021 - 14

I get asked often what the snow is like in Tennessee and well, this is a perfect example. Today is the big game, where the best of the NFL go head to head and crown a champion. We could really care less about the game itself, we are just here for the food and commercials 🙌🏻 Recipes below:

Chicken Enchiladas
Serves 4: Prep Time 15 mins, Cook Time 25 mins
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken, cooked, shredded
1/3 cup green chiles, diced
1/4 tsp cumin
8 corn tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

In a small bowl, combine sour cream and chicken soup, divide in half and set half aside for topping. Combine remaining half with chicken, green chiles, and cumin; blend well. Spoon chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll to close, placing rolled tortilla , folded side down, into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining sour cream mixture and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Chipotle Copycat Guac
5 Avocados
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp cilantro (one hand grasp full)
1/3 red onion
1 jalapeño
1/2 tsp kosher salt

Cut, pit, scoop, and mash avocados into bowl
Add lime juice, toss and coat
Add salt, toss and coat
Chop cilantro, onion, and jalapeño with Ninja style chopper or finely chop with knife
Fold chop mixture into avocado mash
Adjust salt, lime or jalapeño as necessary for taste
