BLAZE KAMADO 3RD ATTEMPT - TASTY SMOKED BEEF CHUCK
YAY !!! I think I passed with FIRE MANAGEMENT 101. This video is one day after the SMOKED SHORT RIBS. Once again, 4 hours smoking and 2 attempts peaking at 3 hr and 4 hr mark. It might have been pulled early but the way the meat looks at a 4 hour cool down is this. It looks like straight medium. This Meat does not have enough fat at all. I usually cook this differently on the oven which gives me a unique tender taste. Here was different because it is smoked but I may just wrap it after 2 hours cooking and do another 4 hours wrapped to get full tenderness like my oven experience. No issues with BLAZE KAMADO and I was using YESTERDAYS LEFTOVER WOOD LUMPS. Only added 1/2 dozen peices to maintain 230 grill temp. Final meat temp - 147.
