Union boss calls for wealth tax to fund teacher pay rise

Public sector pay is back on the agenda, with Downing Street saying there will be no funding for any pay increases above 2.8%.

National Education Union boss, Daniel Kebede, told Sky News "it's really important to get an above inflation pay award that is fully funded which will take steps to address the crisis in the recruitment and retention of teachers."

He also refused to rule out further strikes.
