Why I didn't go to the Salon in 15 yrs + Overcoming My Fears

Hey Babes! Here’s my story about why I didn’t go to the hair salon in 15 years and how I eventually overcame my fears of going. Also, I wanna say thank you to Olay for partnering with me to share my story so I can inspire people around the world to live fearlessly.

I’ve dealt with fear for a long time. It’s crippling, and it makes you feel like there is a brick wall between you and the joys of life. But I feel like no one should be prevented from reaching their full potential in life. Everyone deserves to feel accomplished, liberated, and free.

I am happy that I was able to overcome my fears and I want the same thing for all of you. I know it’s not an easy thing, but here are some steps that you can try to help you on your journey to living fearlessly and being your best self:

1. Write down your fears right now.
2. Write down what you would do if they didn’t exist.
3. Write down the steps you would take to overcome your fears.
4. Set goals to eliminate them.

In overcoming my fears, I was able to go from being closed off to new possibilities and feelings of discouragement, to being open to new possibilities and being more confident. I wish the same thing for you, too!
