Om Parvat Darshan via Kailash Mansarovar Route | Lipulekh Pass | Nabidhang | Kali River Origin
Join us on an unforgettable journey through one of the most spiritually and naturally enriching routes in the Indian Himalayas — the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra route, leading up to the sacred Om Parvat. In this video, we travel through this legendary path that also connects to the Lipulekh Pass, a key gateway to Tibet and the Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage.
Our journey begins along the traditional route used for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, which winds through breathtaking Himalayan valleys and rugged border terrain. This same route is now also popular for pilgrims and trekkers heading to Om Parvat, a miraculous mountain where snow naturally forms the sacred symbol 'ॐ' (Om) — a rare and powerful spiritual sight.
We reached all the way to Nabidhang, the final permitted point for Indian pilgrims on this route, from where one gets the clearest view of Om Parvat. Surrounded by high Himalayan peaks and located near the India-Nepal-China tri-junction, Nabidhang offers a surreal experience for those seeking spiritual connection and adventure. The energy and silence of the place are simply divine.
But that’s not all — this journey also includes a visit to the Kali River Udgam Sthal, the sacred origin point of the mighty Kali River (Sharda River), which flows down the India-Nepal border. It’s a deeply significant site not just geographically, but also spiritually, as the river is considered a symbol of Shakti (divine feminine energy).
We also visited the Kali Mata Temple, a revered shrine dedicated to Goddess Kali, who is worshipped by locals and pilgrims alike. Situated amidst stunning natural surroundings, the temple is a peaceful yet powerful place where devotees come to seek blessings and protection. The vibrations here are intense, and the devotion of the pilgrims adds to the spiritual atmosphere of the region.
This journey is not just about sightseeing — it’s about experiencing the deep-rooted connection between nature, spirituality, and ancient pilgrimage traditions. Whether it's the snow-covered peaks, the origin of a sacred river, or the divine symbol of Om carved by nature itself — every moment on this route feels blessed.
