Talking about suicide and man's search for meaning
Talking about suicide and man's search for meaning is a profound attempt to take away the stigma of talking about suicide in a bid to reduce rates of suicide all over the world.
Quote from Viktor Frankl, Man's Search For Meaning: "The death rate in the week between Christmas 1944, and New Year 1945, increased in camp beyond all previous experience.... It was simply that the majority of prisoners had lived in the naive hope that they would be home again by Christmas. As the time drew near and there was no encouraging news, the prisoners lost courage and disappointment overcame them. This had a dangerous influence on their powers of resistance and a great number of them died."
Losing hope, losing a sense of purpose, feeling powerless are the greatest contributors to giving up on life. Remember - there is always hope!
