Asian Marinade grilled Korean Style Cut Beef short ribs
Prep Time: 24 hours
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 24 hours 10 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
4 lbs Korean Style Cut Beef Short Ribs

Marinade
¾ cup lite soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup rice wine vinegar
½ cup hoisin sauce
½ cup water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon granulated onion

Garnish
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 green onions chopped

Instructions:
In a medium size bowl whisk all of the marinade ingredients together. Place short ribs into a re-sealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over ribs. Squeeze out extra air from bag and rotate bag coating ribs completely. Place in fridge overnight turning over every few hours. Preheat your grill to medium high heat. 350F-475F

Remove ribs from bag discarding marinade. Grill beef short ribs for 8-10 minutes turning them often. Korean cut beef ribs can vary in thickness. Grill them to medium 145F. Serve garnished with sesame seeds & green onions.

Tips:
This marinade works great on all cuts of pork chops as well. Try grilling baby bok choy (Chinese cabbage) as a side dish. Simple cut in half at the stem, and wash thoroughly. Grill direct on medium high heat, till softened and lightly charred.
