Honda CB750 Barn Find / How Much Will It Cost? How To Budget The $100 barn find Honda CB750 is in the shop and it is time to assess the bike and determine what it will need to be road worthy once again!

This is a perfect example of a project that starts off cheap and seems like the deal of a lifetime but will rapidly turn into a very expensive bike as it will require a lot of time and parts to run again. I want this video to not scare you away from a project but rather to help you figure out how much a project will really cost before you dive into it and get overwhelmed or discouraged.

Brass swingarm bushings (discovered they are very worn) - $40
Grips - $20
Clutch Cable (I have a spare) - $25
Set of keys cut for existing locks - $20
Headlight (I may have one from another bike) - $40

Tax / title / registration / insurance / inspection / etc. - Est $400
Miscellaneous category for unknown VERY IMPORTANT - $400

It all adds up so think about this before you buy. Those $800 and $1000 bikes don't seem like such a bad deal now!
