Biden administration slammed for its ‘sad’ excuses

Former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany has ripped apart the Biden administration, arguing it's offering “lame excuses” for Kamala Harris not visiting the border.

Republicans have not been happy with VP Harris for not taking a trip to the border and for not holding a press conference on the crisis after President Biden dubbed her the person in charge of the response to a record surge in migrants.

On Sunday CNN aired a bizarre interview with Harris which was ridiculed for its “extreme” social distancing, as both host Dana Bash and Harris had received the coronavirus vaccine.

Harris finally addressed the border crisis in the interview where she admitted the situation would not be "solved overnight" but shifted blame to the Trump administration.

"Part of the problem is that under the previous administration, they pulled out essentially a lot of what had been the continuum of work, and it essentially came to a standstill," she said.
