We receive a lot of phone calls from customers inquiring about the difference between flash duration and high speed sync so this first video, in a series of three, focuses on the purpose of flash duration and the action stopping ability of our Einstein Flash Unit.

High speed sync is not necessary when shooting action shots in an environment where you can control the ambient light, such as a studio for example. A short flash duration is all you need!
