क्या आप जानते हैं?
अगर दुकानदार ग्राहक को मोलभाव की सुविधा नहीं देता, तो मामला कोर्ट तक जा सकता है!

📌 कानून के अनुसार:

Legal Metrology Act की धारा 18 और 36 के तहत दुकानदार को:

सही दाम दिखाना,

सही तोल देना,

और मोलभाव का अवसर देना ज़रूरी है।

अगर ग्राहक को लगे कि दुकानदार ने मनमानी की, तो वह Consumer Court में केस दर्ज कर सकता है और हर्जाना भी मांग सकता है।
