Replacing the front leaf springs on a 49 GMC. 1949 GMC resortation project volume 10.
1949 GMC restoration project 10, repairing the front suspension. This 49 GMC came to me with only 2 front leafs. I removed them and added 5 and saw little improvement. In this episode I add 3 more leafs to bring the from leaf spring assembly up to OEM spec of 8 leafs.
