Salman Khan has kept himself fit even at the age of 53, so his hard work is hidden behind him. Salman rises in the morning and works out after breakfast. His trainer has forbidden him to eat sweet and junk food and also includes spicy food which Salman does not have to eat. Salman starts his day with Lemon Honey Water and takes such a snack that includes a combo of protein and carbohydrate. That is why they eat 4 eggs in the morning breakfast, and in which omelet is mostly made because they love Salman very much. Salman loves South Indian food too, so he mostly covers most of the South Indian dishes in his dinner. Salman takes only four days in his lunch just four days a week and the rest of the day is the South Indian Dish. Apart from this, they sometimes take the Girish fish and salts in the lunch, which do not allow their fat to grow. Then in the dinner, Salman likes to eat chicken and salad is definitely accompanied. According to all these, Salman Khan's one-day meal costs approx 8000 thousand rupees, so that he keeps himself fit.
