Horse race lady, 2nd encounter rdr2

2nd encounter occurred after approx 2 in game weeks and 3 main story missions, happened to me twice at the same spot showed on map. As per first encounter, happened on the road just a bit south of Caliga Hall, also had to clear area from all possible Lemoyne Raiders events. Shame you can't steal the hat, and good luck to ya all!
