THE WORKOUT:
*Band Warm Up - side steps
step n squat
single leg band walks
*Squats - 1 warm up set of 15 then 4 sets, 6-12 reps depending on weight
*increase weight each set
*Dead Lifts - 4 sets, 12 reps
two second hold at the bottom, squeeze at top
*Hip Thrusts - 4-5 sets increasing weight each set
*Kneeling Half Squats - 4 sets, 12-15 reps
*squeeze and hold for 2 seconds at the top
*Donkey Kicks - 3 sets per side, 12-15 reps
*Walking Lunges - down and back 3 times
*single down, double back
*TRX Pulse Squats - 3 sets, 12-15 reps
*3 pulse squats, 1 full squat = 1 rep
*Hexa-Squat Finisher - 3-4 sets, 5 reps
*8 squats = 1 rep
