Northern Cape Consumer Protection Authority clamps down on sale of expired goods

The Northern Cape Consumer Protection Authority has joined forces with a Non-Profit Organisation - Operation Fiela, and residents of Galeshewe to crack down on shops owned by foreigners selling expired goods.

Operation Fiela, which has been spearheading the project, has decried the lack of enforcement of by-laws by authorities.
