Goodwood Driftkhana in full | SpeedWeek 2020

At Goodwood SpeedWeek presented by Mastercard we invented a brand new form of motorsport... sort of. Driftkhana is a mixture between a sprint, a bit like an autosolo, with a judged drift competition and proximity sensors. All added together to bring a proper test of skill, speed and sliding for both drifters and rally drivers.

Over the course, around the Goodwood Motor Circuit and it's outfield roads, the cars will be timed from start to finish, with time reductions for each proximity sensor that is hit and a multiplier onto that deduction from the commentary team judging their run out of 20.

With an incredible lineup including Steve 'Baggsy' Biagioni, with his mighty LS-powered Nissan GT-R and triple Formula Drift champions James Deane, with his wonderful E46 M3, and Vaughn Gittin Jr. and the mighty Ford Mustang Mach-E 1400 as well as rally start Rhys Yates in his Fiesta R5 and Manfred Stohl debuting the all-electric Fiesta e-WRX it was bound to be an awesome event.
