Banana hair masks have been a favorite among beauty influencers and other unverified sources like blogs and beauty publications. They claim banana hair masks makes your hair super shiny, super glossy and beautiful. It also removes frizz, gets rid of dandruff, avoids hair loss or hair thinning, grows your hair and even repairs your hair, they say.

I've also known that the best hair masks I've tried have had bananas in it. When I removed the banana from the hair mask, I did not get the same beautiful results.

So, it got me thinking... what if bananas alone can make your hair super beautiful, shiny, healthy, no frizz, strong and all the awesome things we seek to be part of our crown – our hair?
