DISCLAIMER: I am in no way a pro at this, and if you have dermaplaning done professionally, the results would be a lot better as they use a much sharper blade (a scalpel) -I use a female face shaver. This is an at-home process that works for me as I get a lot of peach fuzz and I much prefer a smooth face and this also gets rid of any dry skin on my face. I do not experience thicker hair growth after, nor do I get cuts in my skin. If you are unsure, please seek advice or see a professional before you try this at home! I understand people may have different opinions on the process but this works for me but may not work for some people...
