Ripped Off at the Carpet Gallery in Hagerstown

This is my original song review of my experience with the Carpet Gallery at 18133 Oak Ridge Drive in Hagerstown MD. Carpet I bought at Carpet Gallery was delivered early in January to a home I plan to move into. I did not have my glasses when the carpet was delivered and I did not realize how awful this carpet was until 2 days later when I went back to this home with my prescription glasses. I called the Carpet Gallery and they came out and said the carpet was fine. They brought a sweeper which actually made the carpet look worse as you could see a trail and streaks of where the sweeper was in the last shots of this video. So I don't think I've ever seen new carpet that looks like a herd of buffalo ran through it. I had no idea that I would be getting anything as bad as this. Anyway, the Carpet Gallery is refusing to do anything about this .
