Today’s training focus is all about high intensity cardio & endurance. Rather than running today I decided to mix it up with high intensity footwork drills with little rest time in between each set. The goal is to get uncomfortable as I can while forcing myself to maintain my footwork & technique through the whole session. #shorts

Today’s Workout⬇️
1️⃣ In-Place Icky Shuffle 4x10secs
2️⃣ Explosive Med Ball Push Ups 4x8reps
3️⃣ Single Leg Switches 4x10secs
4️⃣ Two Foot Shuffle 4x10secs
5️⃣ Med Ball Jumps 4x5reps

*Complete 4 Rounds, Rest 2-3min after each round! Rest 1min after each set.
